There are so many products on the market today for pain relief. What works? And what doesn’t? As a Remedial Therapist, I have used hundreds, yes hundreds of products in my 10 years of treating pain. There are a few products I love but my favourite is Fisiocrem! And I will tell you why…

• Fisocrem uses NATURAL active ingredients to provide pain relief for common muscular aches and pains resulting from everyday life and sports injuries.
• It can be used with the application of heat OR ice and can also be applied prior to bandaging.
• Fisocrem contains high quality herbal extracts from plants that are specially grown and harvested for producing Fisocrem.
• I love the natural ingredients such as Arnica, Calendula and Hypericum!
• Arnica can assist in treating soft tissue injuries, sprains and muscular aches and pains and also assists in the recovery from bruising!
• Hypericum – Also known as St Johns Wort has a long history for its use in soothing lower back pain, strains and sprains.
• Calendula can assist in soft tissue trauma and provides calming relief for angry localised tissues.

So that’s why this is my fav product to use on clients post Remedial Massage Treatment!

Another product I love is ROCKSAUCE, that is used prior to using ROCKTAPE. This assists the tape to stick better and lasts on the skin longer, whilst providing a nice amount of heat. Some people are sensitive to heat creams though, so this can only be used on select clients.
